A Small Group 3-Hour In-Person Workshop
Many of you have asked for in-person groups, sessions, and workshops. We have created this one just for you, but it is very limited in size, so please don’t hesitate to register soon.
We will engage in mind-body practices to build the foundation of safety and learn how to calm and ground oneself, as well as to foster and cultivate self-compassion and an increased sense of aliveness, joy, and presence.
When: Sunday 06/25/23; 1:30-4:30 pm
Where: Sandy Springs/Dunwoody office
Who: Limited to a small group of women
What to bring: A personal journal; comfortable clothes
Yoga mats, water, light refreshments, and art supplies will be provided.
